As a partner with Alston & Bird's Litigation & Trial Practice Team, I focus my practice on complex commercial litigation at the intersection of antitrust and technology. I have extensive experience handling high value disputes in the telecommunications, industrial, and manufacturing industries. And I represent clients in trial, arbitration, and appeals to state and federal appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Before joining Alston & Bird, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. And I previously worked in the construction industry, where I oversaw the design and build of residential and commercial projects.I earned my J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and earned induction into the Order of the Coif. I also served as an articles editor for the Georgia Law Review, president of the business negotiation team, and a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic. I earned my B.A. in economics, cum laude, from Saint John’s University, where I was inducted into the economics honor society Omicron Delta Epsilon.
