I joined Intermountain Healthcare to learn about the healthcare space, and spent most of my time immersed in Telehealth. I led the technical team for Intermountain's Connect Care product (intermountainconnectcare.org), enabling patients to connect with their doctors over video instead of having to go in-person. I then switched gears to help our Analytics organization develop a framework to apply Product Management principles to how we deliver Analytics services. Finally, I joined the MyHealth+ (http://myhealthplus.intermountainhealthcare.org/) team to further build out our state-of-the-art patient digital experience.

During my time at Bain, I worked on a variety of business problems in a variety of industries:- Engaged with a tech client on a variety of executive-level decisions, including assessing a $200B market entry opportunity, identifying $100M+ in R&D cost savings, benchmarking unit cost targets to competitors, and pinpointing investment-approval process improvements- Identified growth opportunities at an e-commerce client and led the program management efforts to implement the 10 highest-priority growth initiatives- Advised the business intelligence team at a SaaS client to create dashboard tools that enabled better allocation of engineering resources- Collaborated with a national education non-profit to help define their 5-year strategy
