Work experience with different types of professionals allows me to expand my skillset. Adaptability and flexibility to the work environment. During the years of my work experience as a Technical Helpdesk Support, as we know that being a call center agent should oblige to stricter rules and regulation. I have learned that the value of time management, being organized, communication, among co-workers and being on point in duties, gives big impact to become efficient. Experiences will make you hungrier to development. I did not waste my time, took a single shot becoming real in-house IT personnel. Luckily. A whole new environment to apply and test my skills, expertise, and experiences working in Ticketing system, managing concerns pertaining to Personal Desktop and Laptop computers. That started for me to step out of my comfort zone, by taking responsibility to Data Center Operation, Physical security, and Telephony system. Challenges are completely different from the Technical Helpdesk via phone support to the hands-on actual IT support. Several trainings and certifications are needed to step up, Virtualization, Avaya, Google Cloud Platform, AWS are in the list. Which leads to doors and windows of opportunities. IT is more than meets the eye. A radial perspective into the different skills and flavors of expertise.
