• Provide leadership and strategic advice to senior executives, facility mangers, clinicians and service managers in Reprocessing• Represent the specialty on strategic and operational committees at local, district and state levels • Work in partnership with senior executives, facility managers and service managers to implement Reprocessing strategic plans • Manage compliance of all facilities to AS/NZS 4187, AS/NZS 4815, NSQHS Section 3.17 and ISO 13485• Develop, implement and manage district Reprocessing Quality Management System (QMS)• Ensure Reprocessing activities at all facilities are managed in accordance with current standards, policies, and best practice

• Provide leadership in Quality (ISO 9001), Food Safety (HACCP), and Risk Management Systems• Provide leadership in Continuous Improvement• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met and continuously improved• Develop and continuously improve process methods• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using statistical and data analysis• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives• Conduct internal Quality (ISO 9001) and Food Safety (HACCP) audits• Coordinate operator training

• Manage integrated Quality (ISO 9001), Food Safety (HACCP), and Risk Management Systems• Conduct root cause investigations and implement preventative actions through continuous improvement of Quality, Food Safety, and Risk Management Systems• Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits in accordance with standard requirements• Coordinate and conduct Quality and Food Safety related training programs• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments• Respond to product quality or product processing issues and drive continuous improvement• Conduct customer complaint investigations• Conduct routine and non-routine product testing• Participate in product research and development
