Responsible for the company’s three outputs of gross margin, shipment growth and network density. Built a team of 25 that managed pricing, lane strategy, growth platforms and marketplace operations.

Hired and led a team of 50 in Seattle & Atlanta overseeing Convoy's matching process. Introduced the group's first variable compensation plan, designed the team's organizational structure and developed internal candidates for regional management positions.

Led operations, marketing & support for Portland and other markets in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities included P&L ownership, incentive programs & working with local/state policymakers.

Hired and managed the operations team of 15 for the Pacific Northwest while also launching multiple markets. Led public policy efforts in Uber's expansion regions of Alaska, Idaho and Montana.

Launched uberX in April of 2013 and grew the operations team as the business scaled.
