Recently graduated from OU with Bachelors of Science in Biology. At OU, I distinguished myself from my peers with my work ethic, leadership experiences, and my various skills developed inside and outside my major. I was active in the community on campus, participating in several clubs and working with numerous colleges such as the College of Arts and Sciences, Honors College, OU Biological Research Station and the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. I also volunteered for many organizations on and off campus, including the Manos Juntas Free Clinic, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, SoonerThon, and Big Event. Most of my leadership experience comes from my social fraternity, where I served numerous positions including president. There, I honed several interpersonal skills such management, team leadership, communication, and delegation. Currently, I'm working as a medical scribe at St Mary's Family Medicine Clinic, and as a server at The Melting Pot. I am currently applying for medical school.When I'm not working, you can often find me running, hiking, watching movies, reading, or spending time with my fiance, Amina.
