Senior Account Manager
Current- Guide and manage daily operations for three healthcare clients, overseeing the development of advertising campaigns and projects.
- Facilitate internal communications to provide direction and/or updates across departments, including creative, web development, and media teams for campaigns and individual projects.
- Collaborate with the account directors to compile, update, and issue status reports, daily hot sheet items, and track campaign results and performance.
- Manage client budgets and billing invoices to ensure continuity of all finances.
- Aid in the implementation and maintenance of client web pages, functions, and features through WordPress to enhance user experience.
- Organize and deliver budget allocations for Paid Social, Paid Search, Digital Display, Email, and Direct Mail campaigns to the media team for campaign development.
