● Set up concession stands before events at DKR Memorial Football Stadium, UFCU Disch-Falk Baseball Field, Mike A.Myers Stadium and Soccer Field, UT Texas Red and Charline McCombs Softball Field, & Frank Erwin Center.● Supervise sections of events that serve up to 100,000 guests per event.● Supervise events including balancing stand sheets, event breakdown and event reporting.● Ensure client & customer satisfaction through implementation of Sodexo policies & procedures.● Help with ordering and essential event decisions.● Supervise and manage 2 to 6 employees on a daily basis.● Fill in for immediate manager in their absence.

Manage 400+ Employees and Volunteers to serve up to 60,000 guests per event● Oversee/manage all aspects of concessions operations for multi-venue account● Ensure maintenance of product COS in comparison to budget, via item PCA’s (Portion Cost Analysis).● Ensure client & customer satisfaction through implementation of Ovations policies & procedures.● Schedule concession employees and monitor labor costs through TimeSaver scheduling program.● Monitor sales & spoilage through concessions event workbooks to identify trends, and make necessary adjustments.● Ensure Ovations remains active in the community through our NPO staffing program.● Take on additional responsibilities in absence of GM, including attending client meetings, updating daily, weekly, &monthly financial reports, AP/AR responsibilities, and helping with budget forecasts.
