Along with operating the variety of machinery necessary for day-to-day operations, I engage in chemical compounds for either growth, maintenance, or removal of specific sections, plus plumbing and piping, detail work, and training of new employees.

Over the years, I've been privileged to engage in multiple facets of the creative process. I began as an actor, learning to break down a character and figure out their natures, habits, and perspectives to attempt the crazy endeavor of presenting them as real individuals. Eventually, I learned to write scripts and tackle producing entire projects, which showed me the unparalleled value of pre-production, communication, passion management, and directing the efforts of a team effort. I've won awards in college for my work and found repeat job offers with my skills in assistant directing.

Using my knowledge, experience, and accumulated skills in improvisational comedy, I set out to build a company purposed to teach soft skill development. Most people, especially in business, take the concepts of communication, relationship building, creativity, wit, trust, and listening for granted as if everyone comes equipped with these and will either meet expectations or not. Successful improv comedy requires those on stage to perform at wonderfully functioning levels of these same skills we've learned to assume and gloss over, and I began to understand that these aspects of an individual life can not only be identified but also worked around and improved upon. So, using comedy as a buffer, I held workshops to demonstrate how people are not cut-and-dry, and no one is beyond a bit of refinement in communication.

For five years, I coached an after-school improv team. The team consisted of 15 students, whom I chose after they participated in an audition process. We held weekly workshops and monthly shows. The shows brought in a steady revenue stream for the Theater Dept. Over those five years, my students placed anywhere from first to fifth in various competitions and had the chance to perform on multiple stages.I officially taught at the same high school for one year, part-time. I took over the film and television class and taught a new Theater I: Improv class.

This position was created to assist in the content management of one project. An older couple wished to create a written account of their lives to pass it to their children and future posterity. My job was to acquire and sift through this content, sectioning off pertinent information to be assimilated into the final product. As this was primarily a remote position, my most significant task was time management. I read through all the documents and looked at all the photos, intent on asserting a timeline of facts as events happened in the lives of our clients and confirming this through hand-written, first-hand accounts and photographs. After this, I would pass on the data to our collaborators, who would focus on the final assembly.
