Expanding the lead generation by pre-qualifying and prioritizing the sales leads. Resulting in increased sales conversion rate of the builders.ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, SOUTHWEST REGION:• Developed yearly marketing and advertising programs for builders in the southwest region.• Directed strategies in Direct Advertising, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Direct Mail, Mass Media and Creative Implementation.• Coordinated and implemented a new product introduction and open house at the Butler's Regional Manufacturing Plant in San Marcus, Texas. Enrollment in the updated Lead Generation Program increased. The new pre-qualification system no doubt helped the builder’s Conversion of sales leads. There was interest in developing custom programs and collateral material.• SUCCESSFUL EFFORTS… UNFORESEEN ENDING -- Butler Manufacturing unexpectedly announced a 38% budget decrease. Valentine-Radford's management was caught off guard and three account team members were in jeopardy. Unfortunately there was no positions with-in the agency to consider. I found myself in a precarious situation… indicative of an agency enviourment.
