Through smart policy reform and a proactive grassroots campaign, Growth Energy promotes reducing greenhouse gas emissions, expanding the use of ethanol in gasoline, decreasing our dependence on foreign oil, and creating American jobs at home. Growth Energy represents more than 100 Ethanol Plants and 90+ companies with a vested interest in the Ethanol industry.Bryce is responsible for all membership/sales related activities. Bryce's main priorities are retaining and recruiting Ethanol Plants and Industry partners to invest in Growth Energy. He spends his time attending conferences, hosting events, speaking at forums/panels, presenting at investor/board meetings and educating the general public on the importance of Ethanol. Bryce also has a leading role in the organization's sports marketing program "American Ethanol" which has partnerships with Nascar and the UFC. These duties include fund raising and membership for the programs, hosting events at races/fights, building B2B relationships with Nascar/UFC partners.

• Senior Account manager for 7 years promoting products that include: Local and long distance communication services, Data pipes, Voip conferencing, Internet connections and Cellular plans. • Built and established a portfolio of business compiled of over 650 clients in 13 States.• Outstanding success in building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision-makers, establishing large volume, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty. • Increased market share in several targeted upstart markets in SD,MN,IA,NE,ND. • Made 30-40 cold calls per week, along with developing and implementing sales material for new recruits. • Trained 30-40 new sales reps in 4 different states in basic company and product knowledge along with specific B2B sales techniques and strategies ie. answering objections, driving the appointment and asking for the business. • Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas.

• Assisted in day-to-day business operations, developed sales packages and sold sponsorships. Helped with print and radio advertising and coordinated all game day promotions and activities. • Increased profit by establishing a brand of merchandise and conducting events at all home games. • Increased Season Ticket Sells by 25% after the first year and an additional 20% the following year. • Doubled the revenue from sponsorships and associations in 2 years. • Managed 8-12 interns for Game day operations and 3-4 employees during normal business hours. • Leading role in developing the Sioux Falls Storm in to the premiere sporting attraction in Sioux Falls area.
