CurrentEnterprise Platform Architect in charge of multiple mission critical applicationso Kafka messaging/streaming - modernize and stabilize ACI’s Kafka messaging platform. This project increased stability by migrating to a managed service(AWS MSK) and decreased operating costs by 80% by right sizing the infrastructure and eliminating licensing from the previous vendor(AWS(MSK, IAM, Cloudformation), Kafka)o Elasticsearch log streaming and metrics - reduce cost and stabilize the enterprise logging platform. Reduced operating cost by 50% by leveraging AWS Opesearch’s tiered storage to better match access frequency with storage(EBS vs S3). Stabilizing by moving over to a managed platform from and internally managed set of servers.(AWS(Opensearch, IAM, SNS, EventBridge, Lambda, S3), Python)o Drools platform architect - created a platform where business users can define rules to make decisions on process flow and trading decision support. The platform allows users to create, test, and deploy rules from development into production within minutes.(Kubernetes(Argocd, Tekton, Helm, Openshift), Java, Maven)
