CurrentThe vast complexity of biological signaling requires protein-protein interactions to impart post-translational modifications and molecules that induce protein proximity gave us paradigm-shifting medicines like rapamycin, lenalidomide, and pomalidomide. Yet, 95% of nature’s E3 ligase-substrate chemical space remains unmapped for its enormous potential - until now. At Differentiated Therapeutics we’re combining breakthroughs in biophysics, molecular simulation, AI, and automation to map the conformational basis of induced proximity and to use that map to design novel degrader therapeutics. Led by Bryce Allen (founding Head of Integrated Data Sciences at Silicon Therapeutics), Mike Wood (founding team at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals), and Isaac Kohane (Chair of the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School), we are not only changing where we look for new medicines but also the speed and scale at which we find them. We’ve built a world-class team and a pioneering drug discovery platform that has already produced a robust pipeline of assets. We are scaling our validated physics-based AI-driven platform built on the largest E3-substrate dataset to advance the first of our preclinical programs to IND-enabling studies.
