Included multiple construction areas across site, as well as detailing the activities for civil, structural, and mechanical construction.MB3 DIRECT INJECTION REACTIVATION – Mechanical Lead – 2020Created a model of MB3 and direct inject areas, and inserted the proposed piping connections to determine the effects on existing systems. Assembled material requisitions, equipment datasheets, technical bid evaluations, clarifications, and a stress report. Also reviewed and stamped IFC drawings for the project.PEMBINA PEACE METER BANK RELOCATION – Mechanical Lead – 2018-19Responsible for material requisitions, equipment datasheets, technical bid evaluations, and stress modelling/reporting. Evaluated the effect of piping changes inside the existing meter bank to determine if the design changes could have any negative effects.ALPAC TURNAROUND – Mechanical Engineer – 2018Site secondment for three months to help prepare for Turnaround. Used AutoCAD, AutoPLANT, Inventor, and company specs to create twenty-one piping/mechanical packages for equipment ordering and general installation during the Turnaround.

NEB Documentation Review• Reviewed and amended client application to be sent to the NEB. Involved confirmation of data included in the body and table of the report and correcting or suggesting alternatives to their content.• Added necessary data to a company report to address questions the NEB would have regarding one of their conditions. The report was then converted to the required format and sent back to the client.Statutory Requirement Close-out• Created a package for Strathcona County, with some sections being submitted to NEB as well, to close out their agreed to project statutory requirements.• Worked with surveyors to get a full laser scan of the site.• Helped direct drafters to create an accurate lay-out of the tanks on-site.• Used laser scan data and calculated data to determine requirements for tank spacing. The laser scan data was then used to determine the distance between tanks.• Created letter of confirmation for the civil engineers to sign regarding secondary containment, and corrected the drainage letter of confirmation to more appropriate wording.• Assembled all documentation for the client to transfer to the appropriate regulatory bodies.Meter Bank Project• Created multiple Construction Work Packages for this project with help from multiple disciplines.• Evaluated stress models and following stress reports.• Created MR’s and associated data sheets for pipe, fittings, and valves.Tank Farm Project• Created pipe stress model for a large site expansion.• Collaborated with structural engineer to create a more realistic set of loads for a multi-transfer header structure. • Generated preliminary stress report• Updated piping specifications.Meter Bank 2 Detail• Created stress model for large meter bank.• Created MR’s and associated data sheets for pipe, fittings, and valves.• Made Technical Bid Evaluations for valves.• Evaluated MTR’s to make sure they met both CSA and Client specifications.
