• Maintain existing customer accounts and increase current sales by developing new business strategies on products and services to existing customers• Build breadth and depth of relationships with existing customers through work order follow up and job satisfaction• Create, ensure and maintain open communication with customers on all accounts via phone, Outlook email and text to provide updates on orders, work and all transactions• Identify, advertise and procure potential customer/market sales by establishing new accounts across territories • Manage and prioritize current & new business daily by travel throughout assigned territories• Assist customers in properly identifying parts, sales and service needs by applying valued skills gained as a diesel mechanic• Act as a liaison on behalf of Grande Truck Center by managing, ensuring and easing the service and sales process from origination to closing • Create, implement and log successful sales routes that are dynamic as business needs change, track routes as needed via Microsoft Word or Power Point• Collect and create payment arrangements on past due customer accounts, track and update payments in Excel• Create and maintain invoice and expense reports for travel and procurement costs, track reports and store data in Excel for business purposes • Compile and maintain spreadsheets with new and potential customer data for future sales, service and work orders
