Responsible for paying outstanding invoices with several different vendors using several forms of payment methods. Responsible for negotiating payment plans with vendors for larger outstanding debts.Responsible for creation and management of databases of received invoices by month, by client and keeping accurate records.Responsible for reconciling credit accounts on a monthly basis.Responsible for generating and sending billing invoices for our clients on a weekly basis.Responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Responsible for placing ad buys on behalf of the Media Buyer.Responsible for reaching out to all of our vendors for records and unofficial affidavits for ad campaigns placed the prior week for all of the agencies clients.Responsible for insuring accurate billing and tracking for assigned clients.Coordinating with the Account Manager about missing reports from vendors reflecting advertising data/ (times our clients spots aired, for how much), up to, in my case, 10 different clients per week.Tracking conversion rates and other metrics including geographical tracking of where a call or lead was from and correlating that to when our clients ad aired on a station within that MSA.Responsible for sending the correct advertising copy and instructions to the stations our client would be running on the following week.

Utilize demographic data to find potential respondents for various market research studies.Contact respondents over the phone and administer surveys or screening questions to them.Enter information of recruits into Microsoft Excel.

Check for errors in submitted documents. Maintain a count of various errors and file them appropriately. Maintain a strict level of confidentiality. Audit voting machine scanners to make sure they were accurate.
