- Create, track and manage project activities, metrics, milestones, budgets, specifications and all phases of the project between sales, design, installation, client communication, and completion. - Worke cross-functionally with procurement, planning and finance teams while delivering results according to the project schedule, getting every piece of the project to come together on time, within commitments and under budget.- Select, recruit and hire subcontractors at each site; orient, assign responsibilities, schedule and monitor timelines from conception to installation and follow-through within the pre-construction phase of each clients’ brick and mortar buildings.- Continually review project documentation to ensure scope, schedule and cost commitments were reasonable and achievable; if any issues, broke down into manageable pieces, developed functional specifications and successfully delivered on time.- Resolve last minute details while ensuring modifications and last minute changes are taken care of and/or adhered to.- Eliminate time delays and surprises by anticipating problems before they arise.
