Identify M&A opportunities and provide detailed due diligence on valuation, quality of earnings, financial modeling, industry trends, and financing structures. Advise business owners on a variety of issues including forecasting and budgeting, capital planning and sourcing, and succession planning. Manage client relationships to ensure accurate and timely presentation of other ongoing services such as bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.

Daily engage in business development, loan production, and portfolio management focused on small business. Underwrite borrower using tax returns, internal financial statements, industry trends, and management experience. Provide credit facilities including, but not limited to, commercial real estate, accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, etc.

Perform commercial credit underwriting for companies seeking credit facilities secured by collateral including, but not limited to, commercial real estate, accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, etc. Tax returns and internal financial statements are analyzed and compared to industry benchmarks and bank loan policy to determine the creditworthiness of the borrower.
