My goal is to provide the benefit of my understanding, experience, and education to an organization. I have twenty-five years of experience managing and improving people and processes. My strategy is simple, build the best team and give them the resources, tools, training, ownership, and accountability needed to grow, improve, and succeed. Helping my team understand their role in serving their customers, both internal and external, and other stakeholders is paramount. I have a belief that things can always be improved upon. I spearheaded a 5S initiative in which 116 suggestions for improvements were made and implemented. I am Green Belt certified among my professional accomplishments. My career has consisted of one assignment after another of continually improving people, processes, organizations, and myself.
