Leading the Epic Technical Services Team apart of ATOS Hosted Healthcare solutions. My team is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the Epic Applications and support databases. We have worked with many healthcare organizations that are looking to outsource Epic to our data centers or the cloud. Epic Training includes Operations Database Administrator, Epic Client Systems Administrator, Cogito Administrator, SAP Business Objects Administrator. Leading regular and major version upgrades for customers hardware and software refreshes,Responsible for managing the technical side of the Clarity extract and load process and Business Objects Enterprise for multiple healthcare organizations. Working closely involved with the installation and upgrades for Clarity and BOE. Other tasks include monitoring extract and load process e-mails, checking audit reports such as TDL statistics, and communicating regularly with your Epic Clarity reporting Teams.

Worked with companies to select/configure/implement time and attendance software. Worked with software manufacturers to resolve issues with hardware/software. Ran implementations from start to finish coordinating projects and solutions and providing client with start to finish service.
