 Successfully converted SX Enterprise ERP system from acquired company to JDE ERP system in less than 90 days with over 500 overtime hours to meet deadlines. Physically relocated acquired company’s corporate office to new location, including the onboarding of a new 3CX phone system and building security system. Provided leadership and direction to convert acquired company’s ISP, network, user accounts, email accounts, and IP Address Scheme for all locations including the migration of 19 servers to a corporate data center.  Completed many various data requests to many managers for Product, Vendor, Customer, Sales, Payroll, GL, Sales, and Inventory data. Imaged and rolled out new Workstations/Monitors for all acquired company users. Assisted Finance Department with retrieving historical data for audits and reports. Ensured continued operations for employees to work from home during COVID Stay-at-home orders. Developed project plans, tracked status and reported progress to key stakeholders. Retained and supervised outside vendors for specialized network, hardware, and software needs.

 Responsible for maintaining and programming of a specialized production scheduling, manufacturing, inventory, shipping, and customer service system based on the Red Hat Linux/Windows 2012 environment. Reviewed user work requests (new, enhancements, or problem fixes), determined/designed the most cost effective and unique solution, created programming specifications, and reviewed the testing and implementation.  Installed a new SX Enterprise ERP system successfully using Red Hat Linux, Windows 2003, Hyperion, and PROGRESS/SQL environment. This project took about 24 months from start to finish in which I was the Lead Analyst/Programmer of the project. This has since been upgraded to from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012 Virtual Servers in a VMware Workstation. Developed project plans, tracked status, managed budget and reported progress to senior executives.  Designed, programmed, and implemented inventory programs using Informix 4gl for the Intermec T2425 handheld units/Intermec 2100 Access Points at the plants in the SUSE Linux environment.  Worked directly with users and vendors on network, hardware, and software configuration requirements.

 Responsible for a DB2 Conversion project.  Assumed the lead analyst role in initial DB2 Pilot Conversion by creating the Programming Decisions document to help establish the criteria for an outside vendor to convert Great West’s code using their conversion engine.  Worked directly with users in the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases. Interviewed and hired consultants for specialized IT projects.
