As a career and education coach, my excitement comes from helping people connect to their purpose so they can create value and meaning in their careers. With 10 years of experience in higher education in student facing roles including recruitment, admissions, academic advising, and career advising, I am well aware of the challenges people face as the encounter the inevitable question of what they should do with their life. During my time working in higher education, I have honed my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, which have proven invaluable for helping others evaluate important decisions about their future. Through my work and graduate education I've been able to develop strong research and analytical skills, enabling me to gather, analyze, and synthesize information into compelling narratives to drive change and address gaps in service and policy. Collaboration has also been at the heart of my experience, and working closely with diverse teams on campus initiatives has taught me effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability. I approach new opportunities with a growth mindset, embracing change as a chance for personal and professional development.
