At Martin Marietta, I got involved in a lot of meetings and projects, such as large equipment meetings with regional managers, safety equipment trainings with other companies, and projects on the plant in Pinesburg, MD.Primary Responsibilities:Engage with the maintenance crew and the large equipment mechanic and help them.Oversight of the day-to-day activities done by the plant manager and the foreman of the plant.Presented a project idea to improve plant efficiency to regional plant managers.Utilize hands on skills to run equipment and work on the plant.
