Maintain control over a busy and stressful environment while steering for correct practices in food safety, low costs, optimal labor, excellent guest service, and cleanliness of the operation. Complete all reports timely and accurately (P&L, Sales and Labor, Sales Breakdown, Inventory, Payroll, etc). Complete all human resources functions for the state of Arizona and the Federal government involving new hires, as well as performance reviews and write ups. I was also the training manager for my store.
