I established and manage a non-profit organization focused on arranging and executing the transportation of food and agricultural supplies to underserved communities in East Africa.

I direct all intelligence operations for multiple Special Warfare Task Groups, Task Units, and Task Elements throughout Africa, Europe, and Central, South, and North America for SEAL Team 10/ Special Operations Task Force East Africa|Somalia. I have ranked number 1 out of 5 Department Heads for agile transformation and lean process improvement. In this role, I've led the acquisition and utilization of critical strategic collection equipment and Unmanned Aerial Systems with zero inventory discrepancies. Selected Accomplishments:• Implemented a coalition of 18 US agencies which increased collection performance. • Restructured the department into small cross-specialty intelligence cells driven by ground level innovation, which increased production and accuracy of reporting, while decreasing production timelines. • Spearheaded the creation of a coalition with 5 international partners and developed international targeting standard operating procedures that increased successful execution of POTUS approved targets across East Africa. • Developed and implemented a partner nation’s first Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) reporting and data management systems, which enabled self-sufficient partner intelligence cycles.

While part of the US Central Command, Bahrain/Saudi Arabia, I ranked number 1 among Information Warfare Officers, and in the Top 5 for distinction in crisis management. I served as Senior Collection Manager, supervising a multi-site, multi-function team of 45 responsible for immediate planning during crisis events. In addition, I coordinated intelligence efforts with 18 US agencies, 5 military units, and 17 foreign national services.Selected Accomplishments:• Increased collection efficiency by developing and implementing an automated collection tasking system that layered standard and non-standard intelligence collection assets to provide tangible options for senior commanders decision-making. • Managed the time-sensitive collection of 50,000 hours of airborne intelligence data, which enabled the seizure of hundreds of millions of dollars in sanctioned assets in multiple first-of-their-kind multi-nation operations under direction from POTUS.• Selected by a board of General Officers to restructure a partner nation’s national intelligence structure into regionally aligned cells to increase expertise. Worked directly with the Saudi royal family to implement new organizational structure.• Conceptualized, launched, and led a joint intelligence and collection planning group comprised of 7 nations, 3 agencies, and 5 US military services, which operated during crisis events and contingency scenarios.• Selected to be a General Officer’s special envoy in response to 5 international crisis events.• Created vital command-level COVID-19 contact tracing procedures for 7,000+ service members across the Middle East.
