This may also include doing customer site visits and driver observations. •Review Fleet Maintenance to ensure trucks are scheduled for PM's on time, and are ready for service. •New hire prospect interviews and road tests. •Enforce company policy and issue discipline as needed. • Building of the Truck sheet and making proper adjustments to routes in the case of callouts.•Overseeing dispatch and communication with sales reps and managers.
