Bryce is the Director of Taplin Consulting, a business he started over 3 years ago.He is a professional consultant with experience in a variety of project roles including management consulting, project management, and procurement management.Bryce has experience with all aspects of delivering projects including strategic planning, business case preparation, design management and contract management.He has a particular interest in the working closely with businesses to develop and implement plans that will affect the way the business operates in the future. He considers himself one of the team when working with a client organisation.Bryce has assisted many organisations with developing clear strategic plans and business cases and implementing these plans through to realisation out successful outcomes. He enjoys looking for ways to achieve better project outcomes for clients through efficiency, innovation and team work.Bryce also has experience in developing systems, procedures and strategies and has worked with a number of Tasmanian organisations in developing internal processes to maximise efficiency, including developing asset management strategies, quality frameworks or project management processes.Bryce enjoys the challenge of a new project and the satisfaction of seeing one from inception to completion.Bryce has an engineering degree, an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer and Certified Practicing Project Director.
