Member of a cross-functional facilities team responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations, material handling, emergency response, and other security related tasks. Tasked to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of facilities equipment, such as: chillers, air handlers, boilers, chemical systems, electrical systems, and air compressors to established standards to ensure there are no manufacturing interruptions.Maintain building and all manufacturing environments, process chemicals, and utilities according to specification for optimal manufacturing conditions.Ensure all waste streams are monitored and controlled to prevent manufacturing interruptions and to satisfy all applicable environmental law and agreements with local and state governmental agencies.Created work instructions for the safe and proper operation of equipment on site, submitted Engineering Change Orders to modify existing work instruction and company procedures when necessary. Perform various work orders for tool installations, modifications, and other projects throughout the facility.Deliver process chemicals, load and monitor bulk chemical systems, change process gas cylinders, deliver spare parts, as well as pick up and properly dispose of contaminated materials. Use system data such as SPC and SCADA to make operational decisions and drive efficiencies.Ensure timely action in response to out of control or out of specification conditions that have safety, regulatory, or production impacting implications.Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturer and company guidelines and perform Job Hazard Analysis on all work outside of the normal scope of operation. Preformed all work in accordance with safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout / tagout and chemical safety.
