I work closely with my clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide expert advice on mortgage products, rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions. I have a strong focus on customer service, ensuring my hospitality experience of more than 10 years is put to good use.Furthermore, my commitment to exceptional customer service doesn't end once the mortgage is settled. I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients, and I am dedicated to providing ongoing support and assistance long after the settlement has taken place. Whether it's helping with a refinance, on-going 12 month loan reviews, providing advice on investment properties, or simply answering questions, I am always available to provide expert guidance and support.Ultimately, my goal is to provide an experience that not only meets, but exceeds my clients' expectations.
