I lead Boxabl's digital technology efforts including development of web properties, digital hardware and software development, and creation of internal infrastructure that enables our office and factory staff to work efficiently.

I worked to create processes that deliver tailored online solutions for customers across the United States. I developed and continuously optimized the product offerings, the sales process, and service delivery strategies.

I managed delivery of digital services to a nationwide roster of clients with unique situations and use-cases. I also created a new method to efficiently deliver the company's primary revenue generating service which resulted in higher levels of customer satisfaction and increased margins. From 2015 to 2016, I was a Full Stack Web Developer focused on building and deploying visually appealing and functional web properties for our clients.

I was able to apply my love for computers towards helping customers with their purchasing decisions in the computer sales department of my local Best Buy store.
