Additionally, I manage the GRC/ Risk Assessment process based on NIST. Outside of IAM, I'm a leader and pioneer in solving problems across multiple teams, ultimately help the organization get from one point to the next efficiently and with customer focus. A few accomplishments include reducing Access Certification duration by 50% via fully leveraging technology. Onboarding large managed services offering - twice in 4 years. Assigning unique RBAC roles to over 80% of the user base. Leveraging API's to automate provisioning resulting in 25% reduction of manual work. Enrolling the entire company in Mult-factor Authentication (MFA), Deployment of Okta, Sailpoint IDN, CyberArk(PAM), Privilege Cloud, EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager), Slack, Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye, Service Desk, PulseVPN, and PagerDuty.
