Regardless the size of the task, I am excited to own it, measure and continuously improve.In my current role, I am a leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within IT Security. This include creating the IAM strategy, aligning with organization goals, customers and steering my team. The IAM program practices Privileged Management, Governance and Access Management. Specifically, RBAC, Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Access Certifications, SSO, Password Management, and MFA amongst others - with an emphasis on Zero Trust. We are versed in products like Sailpoint, Okta, and CyberArk. Agile based deployment process using JIRA Scrum and Kanban boards. We also have advanced integrations with an EHR and ERP. Additionally, I manage the GRC/ Risk Assessment process based on NIST. Outside of IAM, I'm a leader and pioneer in solving problems across multiple teams, ultimately help the organization get from one point to the next efficiently and with customer focus. A few accomplishments include reducing Access Certification duration by 50% via fully leveraging technology. Onboarding large managed services offering - twice in 4 years. Assigning unique RBAC roles to over 80% of the user base. Leveraging API's to automate provisioning resulting in 25% reduction of manual work.
