Currently serves as the Associate Director and Academic & Outreach Programs Manager for the Helen Bader Institute (HBI) for Nonprofit Management and the Department of Public & Nonprofit Administration (PNA) at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM). Primary roles include coordinating and managing an extensive array of program activities associated with graduate-level education programs in public administration and nonprofit management including: marketing and recruitment, student advising, financial assistance, faculty support, and alumni relations.Provides outreach program management services for two of the four principal HBI programs: The Nonprofit Organizational Capacity Building Program and the Nonprofit Non-Credit Education Program. In addition, provides general program support services for the other two HBI programs: The Nonprofit For-Credit Education Program and the Nonprofit Research Program.Regularly works independently with key external and internal HBI stakeholder groups including: (1) the leaders and managers of Wisconsin-based nonprofit organizations and representatives of the communities they serve and (2) with UW-System wide university officials, faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

• Supervised all front-of-house operations ensuring the safety and comfort of all patrons. • Overall duties included overseeing ushers, ticket takers, lobby set up and program distribution for events and performances.

• Box Office Management: Box office ticketing system super-user; responsible for setup of events, coupons, promotions, and ticket packages in the box office ticket system; answer box office calls and issue all tickets for mail and will-call; process gift certificate requests and gift certificate redemptions; and run the box office/will-call at all ticketed concerts. • Administrative Clerical Support: Coordinate key office activities including incoming and outgoing office mail, inventory of office supplies, and organization of paper and electronic files; maintain group calendars, member directories, etc.; manage member only website and general Bel Canto email inbox; develop and distribute internal communications including weekly newsletters and surveys; update and ensure consistency of databases; manage chorus attendance records; coordinate collection and typing of text for adult performance chorus playbills; manage scheduling and assist with preparation of Board and Committee meetings; coordinate or assist with other special projects, e.g., annual gala; and other duties as assigned.

• Performed final disposition on life insurance applications on the issue systems. These final dispositions included issuing Life Insurance Contracts. • Worked closely with Underwriting and other internal departments to ensure processes were performed in the most effective, compliant and efficient manner.

Collected and analyzed foreign language communications (Korean, Russian) of interest to U.S. parties. Transcribed, translated and interpreted foreign language materials and provided cultural and regional guidance in support of Navy, Joint Force, national and multinational needs.
