Mitigated risks to maximize diplomatic engagement in a critical threat environment in Sindh and Baluchistan provinces to include international election monitoring and high threat protective operations. Management and oversight of 575 personnel and a $8M budget. Designed $2.6M in physical security upgrades.

Facilitated criminal justice capacity building and international cooperation between U.S. federal law enforcement agencies and fourteen partner nations in Southeast Asia.
