At major music festivals, our products are used by 85% of all performing artists.As Artist Marketing Director, my role involves marketing strategy, artist partnerships and creative content.•Design and manage artist strategy and artist touchpoints for global marketing campaigns while partnering with record labels, brands, and artists around content creation, product design, and social integration.•Ideate and oversee the Artist Marketing team’s e-commerce strategy, including a transition to a digital platform, resulting in 5x sales growth while becoming a cost-neutral organization.•Capitalize on trends by developing the Fender Next artist development program and by executing livestream partnerships with Billie Eilish, Twitch, YouTube, and Bandsintown to amplify artists and drive revenue.•Research and present new business development and growth opportunities to senior leadership around marketing partnerships with brands (Toyota, Lucky Brand, Firestone Walker), events (SXSW, Grammys, Coachella), and segment expansion (Influencers, Latin, Hip-Hop).•Lead artist partnership strategy around the Fender Play digital learning platform, while creating affiliate revenue programs and co-marketing campaigns with artists such as Fall Out Boy, Nirvana, and H.E.R.
