Growing up as a child, my dream was to play for the Kansas City Chiefs. Two concussions later, I realized that football was not the sport for me. Once my childhood dream became a reality, I started seeking new opportunities where I could put my precise measures, accountability, and analytical brain to work. As a kid who loved numbers and problem solving, Accounting and Finance came easy to me. Not only did it come natural, it is something I greatly enjoy and seek an opportunity to advance my skills and knowledge. One thing in Finance that greatly interests me are investments. Every since I have found out about the stock market, I have always wanted to learn more. In everything in my life, I always want to be the best I can be, no matter how much time I have to invest. I have tackled a very major cost accounting project. I had to create an extensive budget for a manufacturing company. This required large amounts of time and utilized my problem solving skills. This really helped me prepare for the real world. I am also very easy-going and simple with a competitive side. I love to win. I played three sports in high school and had a lot of success in them. I always found myself looking to improve and dedicated my life to them. Not only was I competitive on the field but I also was off. I competed in the Ag. Marketing contest through FFA and was very successful at the state level.I actively organize my life around school and sports. I am a team-player, an accountable coworker, and an honest person. Some may say I am a quiet and shy person until you get to know me, but I like to think of myself as a simple person who actively listens and is a very thoughtful communicator. I am studying Accounting and Finance at Northwest Missouri and am looking to put my dedication, hardworking, and competitive nature to a new test.Specialties: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word. I also am a very quick-learner.
