Lead industry partnerships, public sector agreements, industry research and AML sector expansions and attraction.

• Lead Conexus Indiana industry efforts to create the advanced manufacturing council, cross-industry work groups and council executive committees• Strengthen and grow industry, academic and public sector relationships by developing multi-year business partnerships and growing annual revenue• Build industry, academic, and public sector coalitions to strengthen the understanding and appreciation of the criticality of advanced manufacturing and logistics as well as the challenges each industry faces• Execute fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources and establishing strategies to approach funders• Identify and partner with peer organizations to deliver complex programming• Actively grow subject matter expertise in areas impacting advanced manufacturing and logistics by attending conferences, meeting with industry leaders and working with academic and research institutions• Create and host annual Conexus Indiana Industry Member Event featuring industry, academic, and public sector leaders and over 100 industry partners• Partner with engineering companies and academic institutions on various transportation research efforts

Develop 501C6 funding strategies in partnership with CICP initiatives and grow ag, life sciences, AML and technology ecosystems across the state.
