Providing Business Analysis support for the revamped SAMHSA.gov website which brings critical healthcare-related information to citizens nationwide. Project Evolve is an ongoing Web Content Management System (WCMS) migration effort, using Drupal version 7. Specific responsibilities include:- Working as a liaison between the internal team, external contractors, and Federal clients to improve website functionality and improve usability for all stakeholders.- Gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements, analyzing business processes, and managing system testing phases of a WCMS project. - Building effective relationships with multiple clients within the Federal agency, and their contractors, to develop a joint vision for the project. - Identification and understanding functional and design requirements for business architecture design, defining business processes and requirements to support text content, user experience, and technical solutions or workflows. - Collaboration with the project team on surveys, stakeholder interviews, needs assessments, communications plans and user training materials.-Certified Scrum Master for the content development team, responsible for backlog grooming, Product Owner support, and project burndown reports

Supporting both government and commercial client projects, and in possession of an active Top Secret clearance.Responsible for systems analysis on enterprise-level software development life cycle projects, as well as system integration and upgrade projects.Experience working with rapid application development (RAD) projects, as well as waterfall development efforts. Responsible for working with clients to establish training and implementation plans for new software deployments. Supports client-site operations and project management duties.Facilitates project retrospective activity, helping identify and enhance process improvement.
