I am a Senior at Utah State University in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where I study Finance. While in school, I worked remotely part-time as an underwriter at Capital Auto Loan. I have been there for nearly four years, approaching two years as an underwriter. At work, I have learned how to read and understand credit reports, make decisions about customer creditworthiness, and whether to extend credit. On the job, I have developed valuable interpersonal, problem-solving, work ethic, and time management skills.At the Huntsman School of Business, I have focused my coursework on Finance, taking courses such as Financial Economics, Investing, Bank Regulation, Real Estate Investments/Development, Data Analytics, Management, Marketing, and Accounting. I am fluent in Portuguese which I learned during a 2-year service mission for my church in Brazil where I also learned many interpersonal, study/language, leadership, and organization skills.I previously worked in a call center taking orders for footlocker.com, at a print shop doing finishing work (stapling, collating, laminating, etc.), and as a referee and coach for flag football.In my free time, I enjoy Mountain Biking, Hiking, watching sports (mainly baseball, football, and basketball), traveling, and spending time with my family. I have spent most of my time in Idaho, Utah, Wisconsin, and Brazil.
