Successfully delivered the Project as the Concrete Paving Manager and completions close out.Construction of 17.8km of civil works in soft soils as part of the Woolgoolga to Ballina upgrade, including a bridge over local roads, clearing and grubbing, bulk earthworks, 5km of granular pavements and 12km of concrete pavement.

This 23km upgrade from Port Macquarie to Kundabung comprises duplication works as well as a new alignment through floodplains, soft soils, SEPP14 wetlands and sensitive environmental areas. Cardwell Range Alliance was a 5km section of the Bruce Highway in far north Queensland. This project was a technical job with many constraints including environmental (local wildlife and bordering national parks) along with space constraints involving detailed construction staging.Developing methodologies, undertaking risk assessments and overseeing the delivery of multiple packages of work, Bryce liaised with the Design team to resolve conflicts, provided look-ahead programs to the Project team and oversaw the drainage and culvert installation, including overseeing the required re-designs

Commenced working with Abigroup as an undergraduate, and attained Site Engineer on the Origin Alliance ProjectThe Origin Alliance was formed to upgrade the existing motorway to six lanes, improving safety, easing congestion, providing improved access to public transport and enhancing cycle and pedestrian facilities. A unique component of the project was the in-filling of abandoned coal mines in areas of Redbank and Goodna under the new motorway and structures.
