Current-Oversight of all digital and physical creative assets released across the brand, ensure that creative solutions meet Reboot’s creative and brand standards, while supporting strategic brand priorities and key business needs.-Manage and lead a team of independent contractors to conceptualize and execute creative 360 campaigns across all digital touchpoints, inclusive of social and display paid media, eCommerce (home page, landing pages, PDP/PLP), email marketing, CRM and organic social.-Manage all aspects of the product design process, which includes design, creation/co creation, sketching, building and fitting, combining all necessary trend, material, and market research into a viable product line while ensuring that products are leading in the context of market trends as well as business strategy and brand image.-Work cross functionally to conceptualize, develop and plan best practice strategies and ensure project task forces are clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities for all events.
