Built a framework to deploy internal monitoring tools and configurations (Ansible , Nagios). Also developed internal monitoring tools and scripts, which involved working within a complicated software stack including both physical and cloud (AWS) endpoints.Deployed/maintain AWS clusters for production use. Develop, update, and maintain spam filter code (Perl, html/DOM parsing, regular expressions)Maintain internal systems, and troubleshoot issues that occur. Solve customer problems, often involving in-depth assessment and custom development - everything from network troubleshooting (telnet, tcpdump, etc) to writing custom filter code to stop particular spam. Coordinating with sales/operations to gather customer requirements, both for prospective and current clients; helping to answer technical questions about our solutions, and helping clients assess our offerings for their needs.
