As a member of the Flight and Embedded Software division at Lockheed Martin Space Systems I have contributed to the design, code, test and verification of a wide array of software products. The types of projects I work on span from mission critical applications to production software to experimental, internal R&D concepts. Each project is unique in it’s size, team dynamic and application of technology and the software process. In a nutshell, the software I work on here can be grouped into these three domains:** C/C++ development in Linux host environment for embedded targets, data analysis, simulation and automation. Being a Linux environment, there is extensive use of PERL, Python and shell scripting to meet the project objective. ** C# (.NET) development of proprietary API extensions, visualizations and custom GUI applications that enhance automation and simplify usability. This software follows object oriented design principles and leverages Microsoft framework extensions such as .NET Forms, WPF, WCF and COM. ** Web and database technologies development to support internal users, production operations and distributed processing systems (via web services). I have developed in Python, PHP and C# and used MySQL, SQL Server and CouchDB for such projects.
