Assisting graduates of The Launcher Program (a twelve week comprehensive course designed to assist micro, existing small businesses and startups understand the fundamentals of running a business) identify opportunities to improve capacity, marketing, systems & processes, and test key assumptions relating to their models.

As an advisor, I work one-on-one with ambitious high school students to learn evidence-based entrepreneurship through exploring their passion projects. Additionally,I work internally with our team on programming and business development opportunities.

A school project turned investor-backed Social Impact Real Estate Investment firm, Wilminvest is the story of your traditional fixer-upper meeting social innovation. Our model transforms vacant properties into homes for families in need. Utilizing the core principles of public-private partnerships and collective impact, we partner with private investors, commercial banks, and CDFIs to acquire and renovate vacant properties in distressed areas. Government and non-profit housing organizations partner with us to place families in unstable housing situations supported by subsidies into our homes. We then align our property management infrastructure with the social work and case management provided by partner housing organizations. This streamlined communication between the social service provider and the landlord has resulted in outcomes much higher than traditional housing programs. To date, we've housed over thirty families out of families and motels, 95% of whom have transitioned into long-term housing. As president & co-founder, I played a pivotal role in creating the foundations of the company (fundraising, storytelling, investor relations, etc) but more importantly, through trial and error, created the complex systems and processes needed to not only run a traditional real estate/management company but to also properly serve the families living in our homes. I've worked side-by-side with case managers, housing directors, CDFI lenders, and community leaders to ensure our experimental housing model was repeatable and scalable for Wilminvest as an organization, but also to ensure it fits the overall vision for local housing and community development efforts. We've identified a tenant-centric continuum of housing that spans all the way from experiencing homelessness to achieving home ownership. We're building a Social Impact Real Estate Company that specializes in programs in this continuum to improve outcomes for families and our community.

Closed 20+ deals in my first two years as a licensed Realtor at a volume north of $4,500,000. Successful in negotiating terms, analyzing contracts, and strategizing local markets to create positive outcomes for the clients I've represented. Specializing in first-time homebuyers and investors.

Created and maintained a universal digital advertising strategy with a historical 250% return on ad spend, from the ground up. Implemented customer-centered strategies to redesign the brand's digital identity. Overhauled the company's Amazon retail strategy and quadrupled sales in nine months while expanding into foreign markets. Co-produced commercials featured on Hulu in desired markets.

Created an art-lifestyle brand during the pandemic. Organized the supply chain to manufacture high-quality jigsaw puzzles for artists. Heavily involved in creating the brand identity and digital presence to attract customers, jigsaw puzzlers, and art enthusiasts from all over the world using an evidence-based entrepreneurship approach. Utilized SEO and user-generated content to organically create puzzle sales. Oversaw partnerships with local museums and art studios to highlight our artists.

Worked with clients to plan, promote, and execute multiple events at a time. Specialized in logistical planning, budgeting, and customer relationship management. Internally created systems & processes to manage dataflow, projects, budgets, employees, marketing materials, and timelines. As the first hire within the organization, I created a foundation that helped the company secure new clients and contracts, supporting further expansion to acquire more talent.

In order to defeat summer learning loss, I was stationed at the Latin American Community Center where I was responsible for material distribution and data analyzation to measure learning and engagement.

As a sixteen year old representing my school at Delaware's Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Seminar conference, I realized there was a gap between the students at our states various schools. It wasn't normal for students from different schools to work together on ideas and at the same time interscholastic prejudice was seen as real and accepted amongst students, parents and even faculty. I immediately founded this organization to tackle this issue. Within a matter of months, I had a team of fourteen student representatives (one junior and one senior from each school) from my district, the Red Clay School District. The organization was gaining more and more traction as we planned talent shows, service projects and even an interscholastic dance in the effort to bring schools together and eliminate prejudice. By the end of 2013, we had 30 students involved representing schools and students on seven different district committees.

Under the guidance of MVP Studios, McKean High School, Red Clay's EdTv, and The Red Clay Interscholastic Student Government, I worked as a summer intern for MVP Studios/EdTV. My friends and I spent the summer of 2014 researching, filming, and editing an award-winning three-part documentary series, "The History of Red Clay Schools."
