I continued to focus primarily within young women's breast cancer, however, I saw myself spread among more groups within the survivorship program to aid them in their research studies and clinical programs.- Act as liaison between the statisticians and research teams in breast oncology- Developed and currently maintaining an entirely new MS Access database for a survivorship clinical program following a grant from the CDC- Created a new database for the metastatic clinical program and aided them in migrating from several Excel spreadsheets to this more robust system- Worked closely to begin programming a new lymphoma research database that aimed to track effectiveness of online support programs- Continually receive data from various sources within the institute, such as the tumor registry, and clean the data prior to updating, appending, etc. tables in our database using SQL- Produce & launch patient & provider questionnaires using RedCap- Experience using EPIC Healthcare Systems (building reports, creating lab orders, etc.)- Continued to support per diem once I joined Brigham & Women's in 2016.

The group I work with focuses specifically on young women's breast cancer - quite a unique opportunity. My role has been defined as follows:- Generate reports of patient and survey data with SQL- Manage, design, and implement the entire MS Access GUI for our clinical research coordinators- Revamped the pathology specimen tracking system- Periodically create & run QA queries to ensure data quality, which has lead to cleaning up data involving medications, comorbidities, etc.- Oversee the whole genome sequencing project of women diagnosed under 35 in conjunction with the Broad Institute at MIT

- Developed a MIP Primer Design program on an apache server via Perl & CGI by manipulating code from BatchPrimer3- Created and maintained questionnaires for various ongoing studies focusing on asthma, COPD, etc.- Provided test cases for the LIMS of Channing Laboratory

- Developed documentation for the LIMS of Channing Laboratory- Met with lab technicians to discuss proper definition of various protocols- Tested and documented the various functions of the ePMP system- Functional vs. non-functional testing, black box testing, and other QA techniques
