My main responsibilities include preparing every unit (each unit has a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom) to look professional and complete by observing flaws in every trade's work. This means I essentially marketed the rooms to the likeliness of the owners. In order to do this effectively, I had to coordinate with heads of companies contracted by O’Brien in order to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. The job will finish 3 months ahead of its original schedule and significantly under budget.In order to keep track of every item that needed fixed, I had to master the system Procore, which according to their website, "helps firms drastically increase project efficiency and accountability by streamlining and mobilizing project communications and documentation. This real time data and accessibility minimizes costly risks and delays—ultimately boosting profits.
