I currently just finished a contract as a PC Lab Technician where I took care of the daily Tier 1 support for the Broadcast Music Inc. office in Los Angeles, CA. I managed a trouble ticket queue, as well as walk in, email, and phone requests for break/fix on Dell computers, display units, Shoretel desk phones, and other various electronic equipment. I took care of the day to day hardware and software troubleshooting needs of the employees, while working with the management team in Nashville, and occasionally remotely connecting to other users in New York, Nashville, and Atlanta to apply fixes for automated alert tickets.
