Bryce J. Celotto, M.A.T. (he/him), is a nationally recognized leader in the LGBTQ+ movement, an Ivy-League educated teacher, a skilled facilitator and a cultural change maker. Bryce brings 14-years of professional experience focused on problem-solving and collaboration, alongside a lifetime of lived experience navigating systems as a Black, queer, trans, and autistic person. Bryceβs commitment to systems-change work is driven by expertise, experience, and a deep understanding of the historical context behind the barriers marginalized communities face.Bryce served as the Founder and Chief Consultant of Swarm Strategy β a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Racial Justice firm β from 2020 to 2023. βΎοΈ After successfully leading the charge at Swarm, collaborating on initiatives with over 30 clients, Bryce took his talents to Major League Baseball with the Cleveland Guardians where he led DEI programs, established ERGs, built out employee engagement and education opportunities, and formed community partnership to build fan facing activations. Bryce also has experience in the tech sector β specifically focussed on ERG development β in both a full-time and consulting capacity. Prior to his leadership in the corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space Bryce cultivated his skills in the education and advocacy sector with a focus on transgender workplace inclusion, safe schools policies supporting K-12 LGBTQ+ youth, and teaching the histories of people from underrepresented communities to students in grades 6-12. π³οΈβπ He has previously served on the board of directors for the National Center for Transgender Equality, the LGBTQ+ Youth Mental Health Advisory Board for Gender Spectrum, the Transgender Leadership Academy Advisory board for the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition and the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ+ Youth Policy Team. π Bryce has been recognized by LinkedIn as a Top-10 LGBTQ+ Voice in the U.S. and Canada, a Top Workplace Expert & Leader on Inclusion by Gusto, and was a featured speaker at the 2023 New York City Pride Rally. πΌ Bryce is currently seeking his next full-time, or part-time, opportunity focused on DEI, Learning & Development, advocacy, and employee engagement. πHe is open to positions on-site in Seattle, WA, Tampa/St. Pete, FL, and in North Carolina.
