Bryce brings 14-years of professional experience focused on problem-solving and collaboration, alongside a lifetime of lived experience navigating systems as a Black, queer, trans, and autistic person. Bryce’s commitment to systems-change work is driven by expertise, experience, and a deep understanding of the historical context behind the barriers marginalized communities face.Bryce served as the Founder and Chief Consultant of Swarm Strategy – a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Racial Justice firm – from 2020 to 2023. ⚾️ After successfully leading the charge at Swarm, collaborating on initiatives with over 30 clients, Bryce took his talents to Major League Baseball with the Cleveland Guardians where he led DEI programs, established ERGs, built out employee engagement and education opportunities, and formed community partnership to build fan facing activations.
