Physical therapy and fitness training are my passions. I aspire to help people reach their full potential and be comfortable in their own bodies. I enjoy the entire rehabilitation process and specialize in improving athletes physical fitness. Critical thinking is an obsession of mine and I also posses active and passive listening skills to help myself fully understand patients and their needs. Strength and flexibility while also releasing stress and pain are the top priorities for all of my clients. I am a Beta Club and AVPride graduate from Starrs Mill High School. I have experience with volunteering through Hands on Atlanta and the Feed my Starving Children Organization. I am an avid golfer, runner, and all around fitness junkie.
