Led an incredible and talented team responsible for growing the asset-light businesses at Sutter Health (ambulatory surgery centers, retail health). Diverse responsibility including: M&A, strategic capital deployment, financial analysis, business case development, physician network growth, and patient-centered strategy design. I even had the opportunity to design, build, and implement a physician-focused sales team. It was rewarding, challenging, and exciting. Sutter Surgery Center Division (SSCD) is Sutter Health's full service surgery center management company with a portfolio of joint-venture and wholly-owned ASCs across California. SSCD is the highest margin, largest EBITDA producer in the Sutter Health system.Sutter Walk-In Care (SWC) operates 29 retail health clinics across Northern California with a focus on providing accessible, convenient care both virtually and in person.

I'm proud of the scale we achieved during my tenure including: $15M+ in new business closed, doubling the size of the company, and implementing the first cross-vertical (NFP, for profit, academic, etc.) healthcare benchmarking tool for workforce analytics.
