    My focus at Xbox has been to help the organization strive to meet our Gaming for Everyone mission of making, "Xbox the place where everyone has fun" I have been working across our platform, hardware, and studio teams to help people practice Microsoft Inclusive Design to intentionally include gamers with disabilities in the thing we create. Some highlights are ensuring that the Fluent redesign of the Xbox One OS was the most accessible dash to date, launching Xbox Copilot which allows people to split input across multiple controllers if they cannot use a controller as it was designed, and opening the Inclusive Tech Lab where visitors learn about the challenges faced by gamers with disabilities.

    For the NXoE release of the Xbox One my focus was designing assistive technologies for the console. I designed the high contrast theme, interaction patterns for Magnifier and how the Xbox One home should function with a screen reader, Microsoft Narrator. I continue to iterate, improve and expand these features across the Xbox One. I worked across other platforms where Xbox is working to make sure that the experiences that we create are accessible to people of all abilities no matter which device they are using: console, Android, iOS, and PC.
